Job Description As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key people processes within the company, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all staff. In your day-to-day, you will coordinate selection, hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring processes, in addition to supporting benefits administration and the application of human resources policies. You will also collaborate in resolving staff inquiries, managing labor incidents, and implementing initiatives for organizational climate and culture. This is a full-time, in-person position, located in Puebla, PUE.

Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to manage people processes comprehensively.
• Skills in Personnel Management, with the ability to manage labor relations and support teams and leaders.
• Education in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Proficiency in office tools and human resource management systems.
