What we are looking for? - Minimum experience: 3 to 6 years in Human Resources (generalist profile) preferably with expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Key responsibilities: • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives; • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders; • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and interview techniques; • Analyze and interpret HR metrics and data to inform business decisions; • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement organizational development initiatives; • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
