Guest Recognition Specialist
Job description
The Guest Recognition Specialist will be responsible for thoroughly researching all guests who book at the resort to provide them with a personalized and exceptional experience. This role aims to get to know each guest in detail, identify their interests, occupations, and any other relevant information that allows offering them a unique service based on their preferences. The person in this position must be proactive, creative, and able to generate moments “WOW” for exceeding the expectations of guests alongside all departments.
