Recruitment and Selection Specialist

We are looking for new talent as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist

Your impact in this position

You will be responsible for managing the talent attraction process, ensuring the identification of candidates aligned with the organization's needs and generating a positive experience for candidates and leaders.

Some of your activities will be:

• Manage talent attraction processes from beginning to end.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies, conducting targeted searches, competency-based interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent.
• Administer and follow up on the process in SuccessFactors.

What we are looking for in you

• Education in: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English to conduct interviews.
• Previous experience in: Talent attraction for staff, administrative, and corporate profiles.
• Skills/Soft skills: Effective communication, resilience, organization, results orientation, proficiency in Success Factors.
