- Ensures a precise and efficient production planning process to satisfy customer demands.
- Guarantees deliveries, respecting customer demand levels at optimal cost.
- Analyzes customer demand, creates an approximate and viable production plan in line with MPS and provides it to production.
- Maintains permanent monitoring of production to ensure availability in line with customer demand and FG inventory strategy.
- Identifies urgent products and escalates the issue to responsible personnel; proposes an alternative delivery plan if customer deadlines are at risk of not being met.
- Maintains parameters and precision of finished goods inventory in the ERP system.
- Coordinates with procurement on material availability in case of significant deviation from customer demand, to prevent material shortage.
- Supports technical change process to ensure material availability and avoid obsolescence.
- Prepares analysis to establish claims that will be presented to the customer (obsolete stock and costs of non-compliance due to customer demand deviation)
- Maintains tracking of FG excess stock and takes necessary measures to reduce it.
