We are looking for a talented Specialist in Performance Marketing and E-commerce who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience. • Monitor and optimize marketing performance using data analytics tools. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital marketing. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and E-commerce. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and influencer marketing strategies. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
