Ground Operations Specialist
Requirements:
- Degree in International Relations, Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the DOM & TRB ground transportation process.
- Ability to manage work teams including transportation and handling providers.
- Knowledge of the documentation and parties involved in the transshipment process.
- Good knowledge of the administrative process and budget impacts.
- Leadership and high sense of urgency.
- Internal and external customer service.
- Advanced English.
