Ground Operations Specialist

Requirements:

• Degree in International Relations, Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the DOM & TRB ground transportation process.
• Ability to manage work teams including transportation and handling providers.
• Knowledge of the documentation and parties involved in the transshipment process.
• Good knowledge of the administrative process and budget impacts.
• Leadership and high sense of urgency.
• Internal and external customer service.
• Advanced English.
