Continuous Improvement Specialist

Sr. Specialist Continuous Improvement – Mexico The Continuous Improvement Sr. Specialist is responsible for deploying and executing Business System in Mexico through its relevant subsystems of its four pillars (Plan, Process, Performance, People), ensuring disciplined execution, measurable business impact and sustained adoption. The LATAM CBS Hub defines CBS standards, governance, methodologies and portfolio frameworks. The Managing Director provides business needs, prioritization, sponsorship and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of the Business System in Mexico. This role will work closely with the LATAM CBS Hub to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Business System and its components, as well as identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive business results. The Sr. Specialist Continuous Improvement will also collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Business System and its components • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that drive business results • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication • Providing guidance and support to teams and individuals on the implementation of the Business System • Ensuring disciplined execution, measurable business impact and sustained adoption of the Business System in Mexico • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of CBS standards, governance, methodologies and portfolio frameworks • Collaborating with the LATAM CBS Hub to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Business System and its components • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that drive business results • Providing guidance and support to teams and individuals on the implementation of the Business System • Ensuring disciplined execution, measurable business impact and sustained adoption of the Business System in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management) • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operations research or related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen • Familiarity with business systems and processes • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Black Belt, Green Belt) is an asset.
