Logistics Specialist - Bilingual

At Zoomlion Mexico, a leading global heavy machinery company, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist responsible for ensuring the planning, coordination, and efficient execution of Zoomlion Mexico's national and international logistics operations, ensuring the timely availability of machinery, spare parts, and materials, optimizing costs, delivery times, and compliance with customs and transport regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate imports and exports of machinery, spare parts, and components from China, the United States.
• Manage land, sea, and air logistics, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Track shipments from origin to final delivery to the customer or warehouse.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Supervise compliance with foreign trade documentation (customs declarations, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, BL, AWB, etc.).
• Control and optimize national and international transport costs.
• Coordinate the reception, storage, and distribution of machinery and spare parts.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Service, Parts, Purchasing, and Finance departments to ensure the availability of equipment and materials.
• Manage inventories.
• Resolve incidents related to delays, damages, returns, or transport problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs regulations, and internal company policies.
• Prepare executive reports on logistics performance and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on supply chain optimization.

Requirements:

- Office suite, intermediate to advanced level

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Relations, Foreign Trade and Customs, or related field.

- 5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience in a Foreign Trade and Logistics role.

- Knowledge of multimodal operations, Customs Law, RGCE (General Rules of Foreign Trade), import process and its documentation, Annex 22, dealing with forwarders.

- Advanced English level is essential, interviews will be conducted in English.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
