Inventory Specialist

Objective (General purpose of the position) Provide follow-up on the process of delivering spare parts from Direct Ship through local suppliers, from order issuance to delivery to the distributor. Support in validating the invoicing of accessory and spare part providers. Verify compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures corresponding to the virtual inventory of the MX warehouse. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures. Analyze and report on inventory levels, trends, and performance metrics. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to improve service quality and reduce costs. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide training and support to team members as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, orders, and supplier information. Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
