As a Procurement S/HANA Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading procurement processes and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions to drive digital transformation in our clients' organizations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., procurement, supply chain management, business administration) or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is preferred. • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is a plus.
