Join the team as an Import-Export Specialist (IMMEX)

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented person to assist in activities related to the Import and Export department.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Comply with the relevant procedures of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 and ensure that your activities adhere to CBC's quality and environmental control systems.
• Responsible for coordinating the export of products to our customers.
• Generation of Import and Export invoices.
• Coordinate documentation with internal departments and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery to the customer.
• Responsible for having the necessary documentation (invoices, customs declarations) on time and in files.
• Coordinate internal export documents with the Customs Broker and the American Broker; generate manifests, Waybills, etc.
• Keep the Customs system (Annex 24) updated.
• Review export merchandise dispatches in Annex 24.
• Keep generated documentation files in order.

What we are looking for in you:

• Degree in Foreign Trade and Customs/International Business.
• Intermediate English (Desirable).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Import - Export.
• At least 2 years of experience in IMMEX operations.
• Knowledge of Annex 24 software.
