Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or related fields; • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken); • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their applications; • Experience working remotely is a plus.
