Training Program Development Specialist

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Design and develop innovative corporate training programs
- Create content and applied learning experiences for the business environment
- Design e-learning programs and hybrid models
- Implement gamification and learning dynamics
- Structure learning routes and calculate times for workshops and programs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide on-site support to trainers during sessions (operational and execution role, not facilitator)

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy or related field
- Minimum experience of 2 years in corporate instructional design
- Experience in e-learning content development
- Availability for travel
KNOWLEDGES IN:
- Applied instructional design for companies and organizations
- Gamification and innovative formatative experience design
- Learning dynamics
- Graphic design
- Innovation and use of educational technology
- Time calculation for workshops and training programs
- Learning route structuring
- Digital tools: Canva, PowerPoint / Microsoft Slides, Adobe, Figma
