Internal Communication Specialist

At ALTEN, we are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to strengthen the connection between our teams and enhance our corporate culture. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing communication strategies that foster transparency, engagement, and alignment with the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Content writing for internal communications (newsletters, intranet articles, etc.) Designing and implementing internal communication campaigns to promote company initiatives, policies, and achievements Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication with employees Creating engaging multimedia content (videos, podcasts, infographics, etc.) to support internal communication strategies Collaborating with stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling stories for internal communications Providing guidance and training to colleagues on effective internal communication practices Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives Identifying areas for improvement and proposing adjustments to optimize internal communication strategies.
