Certifications Specialist:

Location: Querétaro.

We are looking for talent to join our Human Capital team and contribute to the fulfillment and maintenance of social certifications, as well as the strengthening of our internal management systems.

What will you do in this position?

• Coordinate and follow up on internal and external audits, from planning to the closure of findings.

• Manage documentation, evidence, and platforms related to certifications and compliance.

• Work transversally with different areas and operational sites to ensure compliance with established requirements.

• Follow up on findings, non-conformities, and action plans, driving continuous improvement.

• Provide support and assistance to Fair Trade Committees, both in person and virtually.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communication, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering or related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in certifications, internal/external audits, or management systems.

• Experience in document management and evidence control.

• Knowledge in root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.

• Intermediate English.

• Availability to visit different sites/plants.
