Job Description:

As an Influencer Scouting Specialist on TikTok and Instagram, you will be a talent scout and a key piece of the team, with daily interaction with the Founder and CEO, as well as the executive team. Your sole function will be to manually search TikTok and Instagram all day for creator profiles that meet our qualification criteria. You will not do outreach or send messages: your job is to find. Your goal is to deliver 10 highly qualified leads of the utmost quality per business day to the Sales team, who will be responsible for direct contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spend the entire day browsing TikTok and Instagram (hashtags, explore page, For You, similar accounts, followers of existing creators) to identify potential creators for Fanova.
• Deliver 10 super high-quality qualified leads per business day.
• Manually verify that each creator meets the criteria before delivering them as a lead.
• Verify that creators meet the criteria we are looking for.
• Learn to distinguish between different types of creators.
• Document each lead in an organized manner (profile, followers, content type, why they qualify).
• Pass qualified leads to the Sales team to initiate contact.

Requirements:

• Proven experience researching, searching, or scouting influencers on TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficiency in TikTok and Instagram discovery tools (search, hashtags, explore, suggested accounts).
• Excellent eye for evaluating profiles and content quality.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet daily goals.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Passion for the creator world and social media.

General Requirements:

• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Comfortable in a high-speed, demanding environment.
• Willingness to spend the entire day searching and evaluating profiles on TikTok and Instagram.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Startup experience.
• Familiarity with Fanova or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of the Mexican and Latin influencer landscape.
