People Administration Specialist - Mexico

OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for People Administration, payroll, specialists for the People Administration area within the Human Management team at Scanntech Mexico.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Solid experience in Human Resources Administrative tasks, in payroll management.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, regulations, norms, and rules.
• Numerical skills and ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal communication and skills for teamwork.
• Empathetic style, ability to collaborate with the team in problem-solving efficiently and seek alternatives when facing difficulties.
• Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
• Experience following defined, aligned, and audited processes.
• Experience in the complete processes of onboarding, general administrative management, benefits, payroll, and offboarding.
• Experience in using systems for employee management.
• Previous labor stability in this people administration position is a must.
• Excellent communication with employees, internal clients, and suppliers.
• Alignment with our values and best management practices.
