Commercial Agreements Specialist

Position Summary Responsible for coordinating and monitoring operations related to International Trade Agreements with which the company's corporate office maintains relationships, as well as promoting products in the international market by leveraging the benefits that participating countries may offer as consumers or suppliers. Ensures the proper application and compliance with international trade agreements. Analyzes rules of origin, involved parties, and agreements that enable broader and more efficient commercial operations. Develops strategies to increase sales and revenue through the identification of new business opportunities in the international market. Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Maintains accurate records and reports on trade agreement performance and compliance. Provides recommendations for process improvements and best practices to optimize trade agreement management. Identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with non-compliance or changes in trade agreements. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and customers. Stays up-to-date with changes in international trade laws and regulations.
