Sales Specialist
Job description
Responsibilities: Follow up on sales results, support analyses and propose actions to achieve goals. Ensure good product exposure, organize the store and apply operational standards. Control area processes such as FUA, inventory, pricing and stock. Lead and develop the team, conducting training sessions and monitoring customer service. Manage schedules, authorize discounts and support operational decisions of the store. Participate in strategic meetings and contribute with initiatives for improvement.
