Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top market talent, using digital tools, social media, active hunting, and partnerships with universities.
• Conduct all stages of the selection process, including resume screening, competency-based interviews, ensuring the selection of candidates aligned with the job profile and company culture.
• Align job profiles with requesting managers, analyzing the needs of each position to ensure an assertive process.
• Create and manage a talent pool, establishing continuous relationships with potential candidates to meet future hiring demands.
• Generate analytical reports of recruitment-related KPIs, such as time to fill vacancies, cost per hire, retention rate of new hires, among others, to improve process effectiveness.
• Conduct diversity and inclusion programs in recruitment, ensuring representation and equity in selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies related to recruitment and selection.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Completed higher education in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques, hunting tools, and recruitment platforms.
• Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work in a hybrid model (3x2)
