• Manage remuneration structures for Large Accounts and New Businesses, ensuring competitiveness and sustainability.
• Analyze KPIs, goals, and performance indicators to propose solutions that drive results.
• Act as a business partner, offering insights and strategic recommendations to commercial areas.
• Conduct projects with a consultative approach, ensuring agility and quality in delivery.
• Mapped opportunities for improvement and implemented innovative practices in remuneration-related processes.
