Some of the responsibilities include: • Processing payments and resolving any issues that may arise; • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues; • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. Some of the requirements include: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration); • 2+ years of experience in payment processing or a related field; • Fluency in English and Portuguese; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
