Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist

Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist - Rio de Janeiro We are looking for a Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist who will act in configuring, operating and monitoring corporate networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) with focus on high availability, performance and security. Ensure information security at all infrastructure layers, including firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, IDS/IPS, WAF and other protection mechanisms. Conduct vulnerability analyses, propose and implement actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs. Develop and maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting procedures and best practices. Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support. Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve infrastructure performance and security. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
