Position: Network Management Specialist

(Focus on Pickups and Deliveries)

What will you do?

Develop and implement standards for network pickup and delivery operations;

Monitor the quality indicators of pickup and delivery operations, identifying improvement opportunities;

Conduct operational data analysis and propose solutions to increase process efficiency;

Optimize management reports related to pickup and delivery operations;

Track the performance of operational units, ensuring compliance with established standards;

Act in the identification and resolution of problems related to pickup and delivery processes;

Provide support to key platform clients, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the operation;

Work together with different areas to promote improvements and standardization of processes.

What are we looking for?

Completed Higher Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related areas;

Knowledge of pickup and delivery processes;

Data analysis and performance indicators (KPIs);

Intermediate/Advanced Excel;

Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile;

Good communication and ease of working in a dynamic environment.

Work location: Headquarters – Vila Olímpia/SP

Work model: On-site
