Senior IAM Engineer
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join our Global Security Office. This position will report to the Global Director of IGA and be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technologies and processes that ensure the secure and efficient management of identities and access across the organization. The Senior Engineer will work closely with global and multifunctional teams to deliver technical solutions, promote automation, and support the continuous evolution of our access control standards and practices. - Design, implement, and maintain IGA solutions aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Global Director of IGA and other stakeholders to translate strategic vision into executable engineering tasks.
- Serve as a technical specialist in IGA technologies and integrations.
- Evaluate, configure, and optimize IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity) for performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Promote the integration of automation and artificial intelligence to simplify IGA processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement proactive solutions to reduce manual effort and mitigate risks.
- Support the adoption of DevOps and Agile methodologies in the IGA engineering team.
- Implement and enforce identity access controls according to corporate policies, norms, and guidelines.
- SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES FOR IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE CONSISTENT AND SECURE MANAGEMENT OF IDENTITY AND ACCESS DATA.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Identify and assess risks associated with identity and access management processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- SUPPORT AUDIT ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WHEN NEEDED.
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization to define and govern adherence to managed IAM capabilities, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and related identity services.
- Ensure alignment of IGA engineering efforts with broader IAM strategies and standards.
- Serve as a technical liaison to support integration and interoperability between platforms and IAM services.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to deliver IGA solutions and resolve technical issues.
- CAPACITATE JUNIOR ENGINEERS AND CONTRIBUTE TO A CULTURE OF INNOVATION, RESPONSIBILITY, AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
