Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to act strategically in the accounting area, ensuring the quality of financial information, compliance with accounting standards, and support to internal areas. Main responsibilities: Act on processes related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions; Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements; Provide support to internal departments; Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions; Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures; Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational company; Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
