Job Description

About Azzas 2154

At Azzas 2154 Fashion & Lifestyle, we are driven by people who propel ideas, build brands, and make fashion happen. With a voice and responsibility for everyone, we have become the largest fashion group in Latin America.

The Position

We are looking for a Business Analysis Specialist to act as an analytical reference directly reporting to Technology leadership, within our corporate AI initiative. This is a position for those who enjoy diving into complex problems, analyzing them autonomously, and coming up with recommendations that drive decisions and impact. The scope is varied: each cycle, a new opportunity prioritized by senior leadership can become your next project.

Responsibilities and Duties

What you will do

Structure the problem: decompose ambiguous business questions into hypotheses, analysis streams, and an action plan.

Conduct the analysis: robust quantitative and qualitative analyses, structure data in SQL, size opportunities, and model scenarios.

Deliver complete staff work: decision-ready recommendations, with clear trade-offs and assumptions, never open-ended analyses.

Use AI as leverage: AI tools at the center of analysis, from research to prototyping and generating input for decision-making.

Communicate to decide: direct documents and presentations, proportional to the decision and aimed at directors and C-level executives.

Monitor execution: support implementation when the project requires it, side-by-side with the owning areas of each problem.

Requirements and Qualifications

What you need to have

4 to 5 years in demanding analytical roles: strategic consulting, strategy/BizOps, M&A, investment banking, or equivalent.

University degree in quantitative fields (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related).

Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and lead them to a concrete recommendation with little supervision.

Strong quantitative reasoning, with advanced Excel and SQL skills.

Clear executive communication, written and verbal, with directors and C-level executives.

Fluency (or genuine willingness) in using AI tools as a central part of the work.

Autonomy, ownership, and maturity to navigate different areas of the group.

Differentiators

Python for automation and data analysis.

Conception or development of digital products/projects.

Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
