Corporate Training Specialist

We are looking for a Corporate Training Specialist to act in the structuring, development and execution of the company's training strategy, focusing on strengthening the culture, sales performance and continuous evolution of employees. This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring technical, behavioral and commercial training programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing directly to the results. Responsibilities: • Design, develop and implement training programs that meet the company's needs and goals; • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement; • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration; • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements; • Collaborate with other departments to integrate training programs into the company's overall strategy. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training or related field; • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or a related field; • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
