Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a professional to be responsible for assuming the second level of support, supporting the client in doubts with focus on troubleshooting through virtual attendance.

Our client is a multinational small-sized equipment manufacturer. The company currently serves a diverse portfolio of sectors, working on movement solutions. The current scenario is directed towards growth and expansion, ensuring an internal climate of protagonism, teamwork, and commitment to results.

Main responsibilities

• Led the second level of support with focus on troubleshooting through virtual attendance;
• Servicing client doubts to gain access to qualified internal resources;
• Making recommendations to clients for technical problem resolution, identifying causes and recommending solutions;
• Tech assistance to the Customer Service team remotely (email, phone or video);
• Resolving equipment or application-specific problems and complaints;
• Identifying recurring problems to share with Product, Design, and Projects teams.

We are looking for a profile with analytical posture, critical sense, and strategic thinking, adaptability, and commercial technical support. It is of utmost importance to present:

• Bachelor's degree;
• A service-oriented profile with high-quality customer service;
• Historical experience in Technical Support in companies that provide Equipment and/or Industrial Machines;
• Experience in mechanical projects as well as AutoCAD (2D and 3D) mastery;
• Knowledge of computer systems (order entry, databases, Excel);
• Advanced English and Spanish.

Necessary to present availability for travel and out-of-hours attendance (as needed by the business).
