HCM Support Specialist PY (Payroll Module)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the SAP HCM PY solution for Global View clients by responding to tickets
• Understand support requests and all requirements collected from clients for ticket resolution
• Document and provide test evidence of ticket resolution to obtain client approval
• Apply knowledge of the PY module and the necessary skills to handle tickets with quality
• Stay updated on the ADP GlobalView Template and ensure the Template is followed for each support demand

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed higher education degree
• Experience with the SAP HCM PY module in support or implementation projects
• English for reading and writing
• Analytical ability between business demand and corresponding parametrization/configuration in the solution
• Relationship skills during service to ADP Global View clients and internal partners

The work model adopted by ADP is office-based/ in-person, with the possibility of working from home up to two times per week.
