We are looking for a remote Service Desk Specialist with experience, customer service orientation, and a desire to continue growing in a leading digital transformation company. 💻🚀
WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?
- Provide remote support to users through phone calls and remote control tools.
- Detect and resolve first-level incidents: hardware, software, access, connectivity, and corporate applications.
- Register, manage, and track all received cases by phone and web until their closure.
- Escalate cases that require specialized attention in a timely manner, ensuring the fulfillment of SLAs.
- Detailed documentation of each case in the ITSM tool: diagnosis, actions taken, and solution applied.
- Orient users on the use of technological tools and best practices.
- Graduate in Computer Science and Systems or related fields.
- Proven experience in Service Desk or Help Desk support.
- Windows and Office 365 management
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools
- Active Directory management: user and access management
- Modality: 100% Remote
