SPECIALIST IN ANALYTICAL SERVICES I

Ensure that Analysis Reports are reported on time and in an efficient manner, meeting the client's expectations. Transmit to clients the quality values of services offered by Eurofins.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that Analysis Reports are transmitted through LIMS with precision and within the expected timeframe for the client;
• Support clients with analysis follow-up, from sample receipt to report issuance;
• Promote accessibility and efficient use of online sample registration and report systems;
• Provide technical explanations on applied methodologies, which may require comparing different analytical protocols and assisting with result interpretation. Ensure that all quality aspects of the analysis are being demonstrated, in case a result is questioned;
• Participate in marketing and sales actions, attending technical committee meetings promoted by food industry representatives or government entities;
• Participate, along with the sales team, in new projects that require critical evaluation of service levels needed and the laboratory's capacity to produce analyses to meet client demand. Use all service levels efficiently to ensure project productivity and profitability;
• Present to BUMA and Technical Managers analytical improvements that can be developed in synergy with other Eurofins laboratories, especially with 'Centers of Competence';
• Maintain close communication with ASM from partner laboratory teams;
• Create opportunities for expanding technical, scientific, and regulatory knowledge.
• Perform other related activities as needed or at the discretion of your superior.
