Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
Knowledge of interview methodologies and competency-based assessment.
Proficiency in job boards and recruitment platforms.
Advanced English
Results-oriented and excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment processes for various positions.
- Post vacancies on job boards and professional networks.
- Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Review and evaluate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews with area leaders.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain an updated candidate database.
