Compensation Specialist

Objective of the position Act strategically in building, reviewing and sustaining the organizational architecture of the company, ensuring the implementation and evolution of job processes, salaries, compensation, recognition and career development, aligned with the needs of the business and the organization's goals, always considering the impact on employees, customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, compensation and benefits, with experience in designing and implementing compensation programs that drive business results, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining compensation policies and procedures; Conducting job evaluations and market research to determine salary ranges; Designing and implementing compensation programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives; Providing guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters; Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits. Certification as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is an asset.
