Human Resources Specialist

The HR specialist at the site assumes a variety of administrative tasks related to human resources in a designated area (policy administration, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.). This position requires broad knowledge of human resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. The HR specialist at the site will be able to work independently and efficiently to ensure the integral functioning of HR projects in their specific area.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and employment practices
• Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills
• Ability to attend multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Mastery of HR software tools and advanced Excel skills
• Able to work as part of a team and independently when necessary
