Product Specialist

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join the team of Identity and Fraud Prevention Platforms, working with global solutions from Serasa Experian. This person will be responsible for formatting new projects, continuous evolution of platforms, as well as sustaining and developing new initiatives in Brazil, always focusing on operational excellence, performance, and product health.

Responsibilities

• Support in managing and prioritizing work fronts, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives and direct impact on business;
• Gather and analyze market data, including trends, segmentations, consumer behavior, and competition;
• Monitor and evaluate strategies and products of global competitors, identifying opportunities for solution evolution;
• Adapt and produce global solutions for the Brazilian market;
• Act as a bridge between technology teams, business areas, and external partners;
• Be a reference in communications with strategic teams such as legal, data, business continuity, compliance, and architecture;
• Conduct discovery and delivery processes with internal stakeholders and users to identify needs and opportunities;
• Monitor performance and product health indicators, proposing corrective and evolutionary actions;
• SUPPORT the management of stakeholder relationships, leading alignment meetings and performance analyses;
• Create and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in area processes;
• Act proactively in problem resolution, focusing on agility and quality;
• Conduct trainings related to solutions and processes.
