Process Specialist

We are looking for a Process Specialist who will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity; • Analyzing and optimizing current processes to ensure they align with the company's goals; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes; • Providing training and support to team members on new processes and procedures; • Monitoring and reporting on process performance metrics; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with process implementation. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Operations Management); • 2+ years of experience in process improvement or operations management; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
