Our client is a multinational chemical company with a wide range of dyes and products for various industries. To support its operations in Mexico, we are looking for a Technical Specialist who will provide strategic and technical support to the sales team, contributing to the positioning of solutions within the textile industry.

The Position:

Reporting to the Technical Manager of the area, you will be responsible for:

• Providing specialized technical support to the sales team, actively participating in presales and business development processes.
• Promoting the product portfolio through technical demonstrations, trials, and on-site customer validations.
• Evaluating customer needs and translating them into opportunities for innovation and integrated technical solutions.
• Analyzing and comparing competitor products, highlighting the company's value proposition in terms of efficiency, savings, and performance in industrial processes.
• Generating and communicating customer feedback to business leaders to strengthen the commercial strategy.
• Developing and strengthening technical relationships with current and potential customers, driving the introduction of new products and solutions.
• Participating in technical visits, industry events, trade shows, and textile industry conferences.
• Working in alignment with corporate policies regarding safety, environment, and code of conduct.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within the textile or chemical industry, ideally in dyes.
• Solid technical knowledge and market recognition within your specialty.
• Experience in technical support with a commercial focus or technical sales (presales) with market knowledge, as well as understanding of commercial processes, pricing, and supply dynamics.
• Analytical skills to evaluate industrial processes and propose technical and economic improvements.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with clients at various levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate English (capable of maintaining fluid communication).
• Availability for travel within the zone and surrounding areas.
