Works Planning and Management Specialist

About the company: Large company, operating in the electricity supply and distribution sector.

We are looking for a professional to act as a Networks Works Planning and Management Specialist, responsible for the end-to-end planning and monitoring of complex Medium and Low Voltage works.

The position will have a strong focus on strategic planning, schedule management, data analysis, risk management, and integration between different areas and stakeholders, in addition to frequent contact with partners, suppliers, municipalities, city halls, and governmental bodies.

What you will do:

• Manage complex works end-to-end, from planning to execution and completion;
• Develop, monitor, and update schedules, ensuring compliance with deadlines, goals, and key deliverables;
• Integrate the different areas involved in the projects, monitoring priorities, risks, milestones, and deviations;
• Act as an interface with internal areas, partners, suppliers, the market, and governmental bodies;
• Participate in strategic meetings and monitor the progress of key projects;
• Define and monitor KPIs related to works and the business;
• Develop and monitor SPT and other project-related controls;
• Monitor critical materials, risks, deviations, and points of attention for the works;
• Monitor all project stages, from request receipt to completion and registration in the database;
• Act in the asset management chain of the electrical system and in the unitization process;
• Analyze large databases to support strategy definition and decision-making;
• Use data and indicators to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for action;
• Support leadership in defining strategies related to planning and execution of works;
• Participate in internal and external meetings related to the projects;
• Conduct alignments with different stakeholders, including municipalities, city halls, and governmental bodies;
• Ensure integration between planning, execution, and management of works;
• Support decision-making with technical, operational, and data analyses.

What you need to have:

• Complete higher education in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Production Engineering;
• Experience with planning and management of distribution network works;
• Experience with network structure and project analysis;
• Knowledge of distribution network construction standards;
• Knowledge of distribution network works execution;
• Experience with Medium and Low Voltage works;
• Knowledge of the electrical system asset management chain;
• Experience with strategic planning;
• Experience with schedule management and project monitoring;
• Advanced Office Suite, advanced Excel, and Power BI;

Considered a differential:

• Experience with underground works;
• Knowledge in Spotfire and Python;
• Experience with large infrastructure projects;
• Experience in projects involving municipalities, city halls, and governmental bodies;
• Knowledge of different distribution network construction standards;
• Experience with overhead and underground network projects.

Hiring model: CLT (Permanent).

Work schedule: Monday to Friday.

Work model: Hybrid.
