Responsibilities and duties

• Manage the integrated collection development calendar, ensuring visibility, governance, and compliance with the process's main milestones.
• Structure, publish, and track development and project schedules using MS Project, Power BI, and other corporate tools.
• Monitor the progress of deliveries, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in execution.
• Coordinate alignments between Product, Style, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production, and other involved areas, ensuring synchronization between development stages.
• Conduct schedule reviews and support the implementation of improvements in development processes and workflows.
• Facilitate decision-making through the consolidation of information, impact analyses, and schedule recovery plans.
• Update performance indicators and prepare executive reports related to collection calendar compliance.
• Act in process governance, promoting standardization, organization, and continuous improvement of operations.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
• Experience in planning, project management, PMO, or calendar management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods segments.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Project.
• Experience with Power BI for indicator tracking and dashboard building.
• Analytical skills, systemic vision, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and ease in working with multidisciplinary teams.
