New Business Specialist

A Global Talent, recruitment and organizational development consultancy, specialized in the real estate and infrastructure markets, is advising Tecnisa, seeking aNew Business Specialist, responsible for managing and coordinating all stages of the high-end property incorporation process.

Main activities:

• Manage and coordinate all stages of the high-end property incorporation process, from analyzing new land viability to final project approval and construction start;
  
• Conduct technical, economic, and financial feasibility studies to support decision-making on new ventures;
  
• Act integrally with Engineering, Architecture, Legal, and Commercial areas, ensuring alignment between scope, timeline, cost, and quality of projects;
  
• Acknowledge project development until construction start, ensuring compliance with company-defined standards;
  
• SUPPORT internal approval processes with the board and committees, preparing analyses and technical materials for project validation;
  
• Ensure that ventures comply with company strategic, regulatory, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably Master's/MBA;
• Familiarity with financial modeling tools and investment analysis software;
• Professional network in the real estate and construction industries;
• Experience in high-end property marketing and sales strategies;
• In-depth knowledge of the high-end property market and relevant legislation;
• Negotiation and contract management skills;
• Financial analysis and feasibility study preparation capabilities;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• 100% on-site work.
