Network Operations Center Specialist

Location: Mexico City South, Barranca del Muerto Station We are looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) specialist to join our operations team in America, in Mexico City South. The NOC specialist plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our solutions. This position goes beyond standard supervision: you will be responsible for real-time event detection, in-depth analysis, and problem resolution in a complex ecosystem of transmission systems, networks, and applications. Your expertise will enable us to identify and address potential issues before they impact our customers. As part of our NOC team, you will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing system logs, identifying trends and patterns, and developing recommendations for process improvements. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify and troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
