Building Maintenance and Facilities Specialist

We have an opportunity for professionals with solid experience in Building Maintenance and Facilities, an analytical profile, and the ability to work closely with operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in routine execution.

Responsibilities

• Management and monitoring of building maintenance activities

• Technical evaluation of service orders

• Analysis and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans

• Development of technical analyses and solutions

• Performance of site visits (technical field visits)

• Opening, control, and management of service orders

• Interface with clients and suppliers

• Prioritization of activities, alignment, and follow-up with service providers

• Monitoring of deadlines, deliveries, and action plans

Requirements

• Completed Engineering degree

• Previous experience in building maintenance and facilities

• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems

• Advanced English

• Analytical profile and critical thinking

• Good communication and relationship skills with suppliers

• Problem-solving ability and demand organization skills

Differentiators

• Experience with maintenance contract management
