Integrity Specialist

Objective: Ensure operational integrity of facilities by intervening directly in the field, conducting technical diagnostics and executing corrective actions on process pipes, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and static equipment, ensuring continuous operation, facility safety, and compliance with applicable regulations. The position has a predominantly operational focus (80% field / 20% office), actively participating in the development of procedures, maintenance planning, and quality control, as well as providing technical support to operations personnel. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting inspections and testing on equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions. • Developing and implementing procedures for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Providing technical guidance and training to operations personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. • Participating in the development of capital projects and budget planning. • Maintaining accurate records and reports of inspections, testing, and corrective actions. • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and innovations that can improve operational efficiency and reduce risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping, and equipment operation, as well as experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering) is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
