IA Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a roadmap for adopting AI aligned to the company's strategic objectives;
• Act as an agent of transformation, promoting literacy and engagement in AI through trainings, workshops, and educational initiatives;
  evaluate and prioritize use cases for Generative AI in conjunction with business areas;
• Connect technical teams and business areas, translating needs and opportunities into clear and objective terms;
• SUPPORT the management of change, removing cultural barriers and driving the adoption of AI-based solutions;
• Orient and offer conceptual support to teams involved in developing AI solutions;
  collaborate with compliance, legal, and security to ensure governance, reliability, and ethical use of AI;
• Create supporting materials, documentation of best practices, and consolidate learnings from the AI journey;
  monitor project evolution, collect feedback, and adjust strategies based on real data and results;
• Evaluate and recommend suitable tools, platforms, and technology partners for the company's context.

Tech Profile:

• Solid understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and primarily Generative AI;
• Experience in digital transformation programs;
• Experience with algorithms, methods, and fundamentals of AI, knowing how to explain applications and limitations;
  practical experience in developing AI solutions (generative and traditional);
• Knowledge of technical strategy definition and methodologies for adopting AI;
• Able to evaluate tools, platforms, and technology partners for AI;
• Understanding of governance, security, LGPD, and ethical practices for using AI;
  Higher education in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
• Presence-based position in São Paulo.
