Our client is in a moment of strengthening their technology structure. We are looking for a .NET Backend Engineer Specialist to act as a technical reference in scalable, secure, and innovative solutions, with strong protagonism in architectural decisions and the dissemination of good practices. You will have a key role in building robust serverless solutions, technical governance of the platform, and continuous evolution of the engineering teams, directly contributing to the company's strategy and technical positioning in the market.

You will work in one of the most technological fronts of the group, collaborating with various areas within the unit, mainly product, architecture, and information security.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact technical initiatives, proposing innovative solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, cost, and agility;
• Act as a technical reference backend, promoting quality, security, performance, and good practices in the squad;
• Support the definition and evolution of architecture based on microservices and serverless solutions in AWS, using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, SQS, EventBridge, ECS, DynamoDB, and RDS;
• Support mediation of technical discussions and strategic decisions with a focus on value for the business, technical viability, and alignment with regulatory requirements (LGPD, PCI, etc);
• Implement REST APIs following modern architecture and documentation standards (e.g. Swagger/OpenAPI);
• Work on modeling and optimizing relational and non-relational databases, ensuring efficiency, normalization, indexing, and optimized queries;
• Detect and resolve complex technical problems (concurrency, latency, excessive resource usage, etc), with a systemic vision and focus on sustainability of the stack;
• Monitor and ensure the technical health of applications, acting with observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement;
• Participate in technical forums, roadmap planning, strategic definitions, and executive presentations, directly supporting the architecture team;
• Multiply technical knowledge through mentorship, training, clear technical documentation, and internal communities;
• Work with automated tests, CI/CD, and secure deployment strategies, reinforcing modern engineering practices;
• Develop and maintain solutions in C# .NET, focusing on security, performance, and maintainability;
• Ensure technical governance of the platform, anticipating demands, and evolving the stack with a focus on sustainable scalability.

We need someone with:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Solid experience in backend development with C# .NET;
• Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, SQS, SNS, Cognito, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge;
• Experience with designing and integrating REST APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI;
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and secure deployments;
• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless solutions;
• Experience with modeling and optimizing relational and non-relational databases;
• Previous experience in agile squads as a technical reference;
• Ability to perform POCs and research on new technologies applied to high-performance backends;
• Solid knowledge of application and data security, with adherence to norms such as LGPD and PCI-DSS.

It will be a plus:

• Previous experience in startups, scale-ups, or technology companies.
• Experience with digital B2B products or fintechs.
