Operational Efficiency and Performance Specialist

About the company: Large company, operating in the electricity supply and distribution sector.

We are looking for a professional to act as an Operational Efficiency and Performance Specialist, focusing on indicator analysis, opportunity identification, performance studies, and development of improvement projects related to the operation and maintenance of the electrical system.

The position will have a strong focus on operational indicator analysis, root cause analysis, predictive analysis, process improvement, and action plan management, requiring proximity to operational bases and the ability to transform data and diagnostics into practical actions.

What you will do:

• Develop and track operation indicators, such as DEC, FEC, DM, TMA, and unproductive time;
• Analyze incidents, indicators, and historical data to identify improvement opportunities;
• Perform root cause analyses and structure improvement projects;
• Develop predictive studies and analyses based on historical and behavioral data;
• Identify trends and anticipate possible impacts on operations;
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and studies for performance monitoring;
• Manage projects related to operation and maintenance;
• Structure, lead, and track action plans in conjunction with different areas;
• Present analyses and recommendations to management;
• Transform diagnostics into practical and sustainable actions;
• Structure information and opportunities to support operational bases and field teams;
• Support management and coordination in analyses and decisions related to operations;
• Participate in meetings on projects, KPIs, action plans, system implementations, and operational performance;
• Interact with operational teams, field bases, and leadership;
• Support leadership in crisis situations and demands related to shut-down equipment;
• Act in the continuous improvement of processes and indicators;
• Prepare and maintain process records using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
• Conduct occasional visits to operational bases, accompanying leadership when necessary.

What you need to have:

• Completed higher education in Engineering, Administration, or Exact Sciences, with Engineering being a differential;
• Knowledge of operation indicators, especially DEC and FEC;
• Experience with data and indicator analysis;
• Knowledge of electricity distribution;
• Experience with root cause analysis, process improvement, and project management;
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets;
• Advanced Excel and Power BI.

It will be considered a differential:

• Knowledge of overhead distribution network standards;
• Experience with predictive analysis;
• Knowledge in Spotfire;
• Knowledge in Analytics tools;
• Knowledge of regulatory issues in the electricity sector;
• Experience close to operations and field teams;
• Experience with studies of indicator behavior over time;
• Experience with operational improvement projects.

Hiring model: CLT (Permanent).

Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
