Software Development Specialist (Java and AI)

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Guide and train the development team (Dev Team), being a reference for solving doubts and disseminating knowledge in internal and external forums. Architecture and Complex Solutions: Develop and maintain complex software architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Communication: Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software development, artificial intelligence, and related fields. Certifications: Possess certifications or equivalent experience in Java and AI-related areas. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Skills: Proficiency in Java, artificial intelligence, and related technologies; Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and version control systems; Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
