Cost Specialist

Objective of the Position Analyze, organize, direct and control the activities carried out by Plant Controllers, from an operational, fiscal, financial and legal perspective, to ensure compliance with the objectives established by the Region, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws It is based on the collection, analysis and evaluation of information to provide it to Company executives responsible for decision-making at the highest level. Main responsibilities include: • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement cost control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with Plant Controllers to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant operations, including production costs, inventory levels and sales data. • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and optimize resource allocation. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Plant Controllers, executives and other departments. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
